'Came Back' (watercolor & gouche) my heads been in a pretty dark space recently. I keep tjhinking about all the awful avoidable shit that happens in this world...This painting reminds me of people who have been there (addiction, trauma, whatever hell) and actually come back from the other side. That I've met people capable of this gives me a little hope, however small & gnarled it may be.
